1. Who we are.

This site is operated by Startup Hive LLC ("Startup Hive," "we"). By using it, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we do.

Startup Hive is a real estate investment company. We are not a real estate broker and do not represent you. We may buy your property or contract to buy it and assign our contract to another investor. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy until both parties sign a written purchase contract. Closings are handled by a Georgia closing attorney.

3. No advice.

Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Talk to your own attorney or advisor about your situation.

4. Your information.

You agree that the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.

5. SMS terms.

  • Program: Startup Hive sends text messages to property owners who request a cash offer through our forms and opt in to SMS. Messages confirm the request, ask follow-up questions about the property, and schedule property visits.
  • Frequency: Up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help: Reply HELP, call [PHONE] or email contact@startup-hive.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of requesting an offer or doing business with Startup Hive.

6. Fair housing.

We do business without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

7. Site use.

Do not misuse the site, submit false information or try to break its security. We may change or stop the site at any time.

8. Limitation of liability.

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it.

9. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
